In this video, I’ll examine the new lawsuit from two Northern Virginia residents who are suing the National Park Service in an attempt to prevent the UFC White House event from happening.
As you’ll hear me discuss, I am no lawyer, so I spoke to about half a dozen attorneys, some of whom have practiced law at the federal level. What’s noteworthy here is that all of the attorneys I spoke to reached near consensus on most interpretations, including whether or not the lawsuit will work, but also on where the complaint is strong and weak.
