Last week, The Huffington Post reported Donald Trump has purchased stock of TKO. This is noteworthy since a) Trump is hosting a TKO event on his White House lawn and b) the White House is helping to push through TKO-backed legislation through Congress that aims to destroy boxing.
The dollar amount Trump has purchased is relatively negligible, especially when compared to the volume of trades he’s been engaging in with much more valuable stock. Nevertheless, it’s brazen corruption and utterly damning of Trump that he’s profiting off of ventures he’s shepherding, legislatively or otherwise.
In this video, however, I go into another element of this situation, namely, what it says about the UFC White House event. Despite this event existing as a reward for the UFC’s efforts to keep Trump out of jail after January 6th and help his re-election campaign, the official UFC and TKO line is that this is really about the nation and its history. Trump’s actions show something very different and offer a much more genuine revelation of what this entire exercise is principally about.
Don’t let the rhetoric fool you. Pay closer attention to the actions of those involved and, as always, follow the money.
